CHIN-325 Advanced Readings in Chinese

  • Based on an advanced reader, this course covers a variety of modern Chinese literary genres including essays, short stories, biographies, and criticisms. Emphasis is on reading comprehension and vocabulary expansion. Class discussions are on some substantive issues related to the readings. (This course does not fulfill the humanities and writing General Education requirements.) Prerequisite: CHIN-212 or equivalent.
