  • This seminar is designed primarily for Ph.D. students. It will deal
    with the development and interpretation of U.S, foreign policy, drawing
    upon historical and contemporary themes and cases.
    Debates about America's world role and grand strategy will be explored,
    as will the interrelationship between domestic politics and foreign policy.[International Relations]
