SPAN-262 Survey of Spanish American Literature II
A survey of Spanish American literature from 1880 to the present. The course will examine a wide range of genres and representative authors of Spanish America. Special consideration will be given to the political, historical, and social dimensions of the literature and its role in the development of a Latin American consciousness.
