This course covers the financing of residential and commercial real estate from the standpoint of both equity and debt investors. Major topics include valuation of income-producing real estate, analysis of markets & risk factors unique to real estate & development, mortgage financing, secondary mortgage markets, land development and construction loans, legal and regulatory issues.
