GOVT-391 Constitutional Law of U.S. Foreign Relations

This course will explore the constitutional legal questions surrounding the conduct of U.S. foreign relations. It will examine areas such as foreign relations and the separation of powers, treaty-making authority, executive agreements, war power of Congress and the President, and questions relating to the justifiability of foreign relations issues.
