GOVT-520 Approaches/Topics in American Politics

This course introduces students to the major political institutions and processes of American government and to some of the major theories, concepts, and methodologies in the literature in the field. The major goal of this course is to demonstrate to students that our understanding of American politics is best enhanced by a variety of approaches and methods.
