HSCI-207 Sem: Contemporary Issues in Science I

  • The senior seminar focuses on advanced work in reading and analyzing scientific literature and other resources in contemporary health science. Students select primary sources in specified scientific topics to deepen their understanding of a chosen area. Students will be guided in writing a formal scientific library research paper and its oral and web-based presentation.
    Open to Human Science majors or others with permission of the instructor.
    Credits: 1
    Prerequisites: Prerequisites: HSCI-101, 102, 202, 204 and 201; CHEM-007, 008 or 001 and 002. HSCI-105.
