    Segmentation is a dynamic decision process that leads to improved allocation of resources for strategic competitive advantage in complex global environments. The course emphasizes the central role of man-agers in driving the segmentation process according to strategic deci¬sions. The course builds hands-on computer competence with statistical software to identify and describe target segments as a basis for mar-keting strategy. (Evening MBA only)
