MATH-702 Applied Mathematics Clinic
Students will be introduced to topics of current interest in mathematics and its applications in science, finance etc. Typical topics will be mathematical models in biology and bioinformatics, computational methods in finance, or new methods in signal processing. Students will work in teams and will give regular presentations.
Prerequisites: Math-501 (Probability Theory), Math-502 (Deterministic Models) and Math-504 (Numerical Methods) or equivalent.
