Effective verbal and written communication skills are key to the success of any manager or executive as you inform and persuade your clients, subordinates, colleagues, and bosses. This course helps you capitalize on these opportunities by becoming more effective writers and speakers. You will give planned and impromptu presentations as well as write memos, both with rigorous feedback. This course also emphasizes the importance of audience analysis and the effective use of visual aids. You will also learn to be more persuasive using evidence from a variety of sources in order to articulate a position in speech and writing.
