MSFS-618 Consulting Methods

This course provides an overview of the core methods and skills employed by leading consulting firms serving federal and commercial markets. Students will be introduced to common consulting frameworks, tools and methodologies and develop an understanding of how to apply these tools to address key challenges facing government and commercial clients. Students will develop these skills through hands-on learning and team projects, and will also have the opportunity to learn from and network with eminent guest speakers. The course is designed to meet the needs of students from all three MSFS concentrations. Students that are interested in learning consulting techniques and those interested pursuing a consulting industry career will particularly benefit. The instructors are principals in Deloitte Consulting, LLP.
