NURS-758 Reflective Leadership & Ethics
Spring for 2017-2018
Learners examine leadership theories and issues at the health care systems level and within societal contexts, with particular focus on ethical decision-making. Leadership and ethical theories and principles are applied to a variety of scenarios focusing on collaboration, accountability, advocacy, and health care reform. Knowledge, skills and advocacy for a values-based model of health care are emphasized.
