SEST-536 Peacekeeping and Peace Operations

This course will examine the conduct and scope of peace operations. Course content will include elements of military peacekeeping and peace enforcement, as well as such critical non-military mission components as police and judiciary, civil administration, electoral support, human rights investigation and education, humanitarian de-mining, and economic reconstruction of post-conflict societies.
