SPAN-111 Intensive Advanced Spanish I

This course is designed to continue developing the skills introduced in Intensive Intermediate Spanish. There is a special emphasis on mastery of some of the more difficult aspects of grammar, as well as on more formal vocabulary. Through the use of selected films and short stories, the course will broaden the student's understanding of Hispanic culture. This course is designed for Spanish majors and minors. The use of Blackboard technology will, among other things, facilitate communication among students and between students and the professor. Prerequisite: -001, -032, or the equivalent.
